0.5 tsp black pepper

Pinch of sugar
3-4 tbsp plain yogurt (alternatives: table cream or sour cream)
Optional:
2-3 green chilies, minced
½ tsp ginger powder (or fresh ginger, minced)
1 tsp garam masala
Coriander or mint leaves, chopped
Paneer/cottage cheese, diced (alternative: firm tofu)
