Does ketchup have to be refrigerated? How do you properly store sweet potatoes? We’ve got a graphic with the answers!

In this week’s Ask Joshna segment I got a question about properly storing food in the fridge. This graphic is super helpful, with information about fridge and pantry storage.

For the canned goods storage in your pantry, the 100 degrees farenheit translates to 36 degrees celsius, which is resting body temperature.

Also, if you don’t use your nut butter often, store it in the fridge as the oils can turn rancid if it’s stored in a warm place. This can be tricky, as it’s hard to stir the stuff when it’s cold, so give it 20 min or so to warm up before using it.
